Vendors spaces available:

8' deep x 10' wide completely covered and paved but open air, the space comes with one picnic table, and has 20' of parking directly behind the selling space.

Rent:  $20 - Saturday only    $40 - Sunday only

If you set up and pay for the entire weekend at one time, the rent is $40 (saturday is free)

Currently we are looking for more vendors with used and second-hand merchandise, antiques, crafts and hand-made merchandise. We welcome you to have your next Garage Sale here.

We have limited electricity available (its to be used for vendors to test used merchandise)

Overnight staying is permitted $2 per night (restrooms available)

Reservations are taken every Monday from 12pm to 4:30pm and Fridays from 9am to 4:30pm. (please call us the monday or friday before the weekend you want to book)

We do not allow any Food Vendors.

All Vendors must follow the Rules and Regulations of Austin Country.
